Our social sessions are the perfect way to enjoy padel in a relaxed and friendly environment while meeting new players. With options for mixed, ladies, men’s, over 50's and family groups, there’s a session to suit everyone. Places start at just £7.50, payable at the time of booking. To ensure fairness to all members, please note that no-shows may result in suspension from future bookings and payments are non refundable. NEW - Intro To Padel Sessions
We’re launching our Intro to Padel sessions on Thursday, 6th of November at 12pm, perfect for anyone new to the sport or looking to build a solid foundation. 🗓️ Schedule: Every Tuesday & Friday at 12pm ⏱️ Duration: 1 hour 💷 Price: £20 per person 👥 Capacity: 8 players total (2 courts) The class will cover: • How to hold the racket correctly and change grips • How to put on a new grip • The basic rules and scoring system of padel • Fundamental stroke techniques (forehand, backhand & volleys) • Simple movement and positioning on court Spaces are limited
